The CLUBHOUSE

The gem of The Commonwealth community and at its center is the Commonwealth Clubhouse, located at 4330 Knightsbridge Blvd. (corner of Knightsbridge Blvd. and Commonwealth Blvd.).

The Clubhouse area is adjacent to a sprawling area of recreational activity for the residents, young and old alike. This includes the Knightsbridge Pool with its newly-renovated spiral water slide, two tennis courts, and the newly-renovated Knightsbridge playground and park which has a jungle gym, a zip line, play area for toddlers like the baby carousel, baby swings and slides and a nearby pavilion with benches. 

The newly renovated 1300-square-foot Clubhouse (capacity 65) is available to rent to the residents of The Commonwealth. The Clubhouse has a fully-equipped kitchen, a projector and plenty of seating for community events and private parties. 

Community events are regularly held at The Clubhouse. The Annual HOA meeting, the Annual Holiday Party and the 4thJuly picnic and party are highly anticipated, well-attended events every year. Yoga and meditation workshops are also held weekly.
