The Management Company provides the following services:

• Collect maintenance fees from residents
• Monitor deed restriction violations by bi-monthly drive-by survey of all homes
• Send letters to residents with a violation
• Recommend to the Directors when legal action is required for compliance
• Monitor and control all contracts and contractors
• Prepare and maintain financial records and prepare checks to be signed by two Directors
• Conduct a monthly meeting with the Directors
• Receive applications for Resident Modifications and assist Modifications Committee with notifying residents with the results
• Conduct the annual Commonwealth Civic Association meeting in May which includes: Notifying the residents of the meeting and collecting and tallying votes for Directors
• Answer resident questions
• Resolve resident complaints if possible and involve the Directors if required
• Issue pool tags to residents of good standing
