Did you know that 65% of your property taxes here in Fort Bend County go towards FBISD? Did you know that 44% of your homeowner dues go towards maintenance of the green spaces and parks of the neighborhood we live in? A majority of the rest are used to pay for utilities and for repairs to tennis courts, pools, and the clubhouse. Deed restrictions and guidelines help to keep the property values high. Your contribution helps your community. 

Most of us purchased our homes in the Commonwealth because we loved the look of our community. It is a beautiful neighborhood, in a wonderful location, with excellent schools. The Commonwealth Board and Management Company make every attempt to keep the expenses down.
