Commonwealth Email Alert System – The Commonwealth HOA provides regular email communication with residents who sign up to receive them. We do not share email addresses with any outside parties. The purpose of the occasional email is strictly to keep residents advised and aware of issues and events that impact our quality of life. It is especially helpful during weather emergencies. You may add yourself to this list by emailing your name and home address to: Type ‘Email Alerts’ in the subject line. 

If you’d like to sign up to receive important news and updates from the FCLID2 via text messages, you can send a text message to the number 474747 with the word FCLID2 and you’ll be registered. You can also signup via email at
